Who’s working the portal — pipeline moves, notes, booked-ins & activity

What do these mean? — and how to earn them
Booked — leads you mark as Booked in (a candidate booked in for interview/placement). → Open a lead, set its status to “Booked in”.
Moves — each time you move a lead forward in the pipeline. → Change a lead’s status.
Notes — notes, calls or emails you log against a lead. → Open a lead, add a note or log a call.
Active days — the number of days you did something in the portal. → Log in and work at least one lead or job that day.
Jobs — new jobs you post. → Use “Add job”.
Shares — jobs you share to social. → Click Share on a job and pick a platform.
Fastest — how quickly you first respond to a new lead. → Pick up new leads fast.
